Working prototype — early access opening

Design the built world with AI.

InfraStudio turns natural-language design intent into computable, editable, and validated BIM models—giving AI a structured environment to reason about and work with buildings.

The Problem

AI can imagine buildings.
It still struggles to build the model.

Generative AI can produce convincing images of buildings. Professional architecture and engineering don’t end with an image — they require structured, computable information.

Slow

Creating detailed BIM models can require significant manual work.

Fragmented

Design intent, geometry, BIM data, engineering tools, and validation live across different systems.

Difficult to iterate

Changing a design requires manually modifying interconnected model elements.

AI is disconnected

Generative AI can produce visual concepts without understanding the computational structure behind them.

The Product

From intent to a model you can actually work with.

Instead of manually constructing everything, describe what you want. InfraStudio interprets your intent and produces a structured computational building model — not just a picture of one.

01

Describe

Communicate design intent naturally — no manual modeling required to get started.

02

Reason

Specialized AI agents interpret spaces, relationships, dimensions and constraints.

03

Generate

The system builds structured geometry and BIM relationships through controlled tools.

04

Validate

Generated models are checked for structural and computational validity.

05

Iterate

Where validation fails, the system revises the model and re-checks it.

Technical Architecture

AI that operates inside the model.

InfraStudio combines specialized AI agents with constrained engineering tools and a deterministic geometry engine. The AI never has unrestricted access to arbitrary operations — it works through defined tools.

USER Natural Language Input Interpreter Agent Structures design intent Architectural Agent Spaces, composition, relationships BIM / MCP Agent Constrained tool calls only Deterministic Geometry Engine IFC / BIM Model Quality Validation → Revision

Interpreter Agent

Converts natural-language requirements into structured design intent.

Architectural Agent

Reasons about architectural composition, spaces, relationships and design decisions.

BIM / MCP Agent

Uses constrained BIM operations through Model Context Protocol–style tool interfaces — never arbitrary, unrestricted actions.

Deterministic Geometry Engine

Computational geometry / BIM tooling actually creates the model — currently Python, IfcOpenShell, IFC, and MCP.

Quality / Validation Agent

Reviews the generated model, identifies problems, and can trigger a generate → validate → revise loop.

Open Standards

Built for interoperability.

InfraStudio is built around open BIM standards and interoperable tooling, allowing generated models to participate in the broader AEC software ecosystem rather than being trapped inside a proprietary format.

IFC Open BIM Interoperability APIs

IFC — Industry Foundation Classes — is an open standard for exchanging BIM information. InfraStudio isn’t building another closed design format; it generates structured models that can move between the tools your team already uses.

Use Cases

Starting narrow, on purpose.

Conceptual Design

Turn early design ideas into structured computational models.

Design Iteration

Modify models using natural language instead of manual rework.

BIM Automation

Automate repetitive model creation tasks.

Design Exploration

Generate and evaluate multiple design directions.

Engineering Workflows

Create structured models that feed downstream computational workflows.

Who It’s For

Built for people who design the physical world.

Architects

Move from concept to structured model faster.

BIM Teams

Reduce repetitive modeling work.

Engineers

Work with structured computational representations.

Design Studios

Explore more design alternatives without proportional increases in manual modeling.

Vision

Architecture is our starting point, not our destination.

We believe increasingly capable AI will need reliable interfaces to the structured systems that govern the physical world. Buildings are one of the first places where this becomes tangible. InfraStudio is building toward a future where AI can reason about, design, modify, and validate complex physical systems.

Architecture Infrastructure Engineering The interface between AI and the physical world
01

More capable AI models

Modern models can reason across increasingly complex instructions and workflows.

02

Agentic systems

AI can increasingly use tools and execute multi-step tasks instead of only producing responses.

03

Open computational infrastructure

Standards like IFC and tools such as IfcOpenShell make it possible to programmatically interact with structured building models.

Where We Are

We’re building it now.

InfraStudio is currently in working-prototype stage. We’ve demonstrated the core workflow from natural-language architectural intent to structured IFC/BIM models, and are now working with users to identify the highest-value workflow for our first customers.

Founders

Built by a small team, on purpose.

Ayomide Walter Jislord

Co-founder & CEO

AI/ML engineer focused on agentic AI, computational systems, and AI applications in the physical world.

Bolaji David

Co-founder & CTO

Technical builder responsible for implementation and turning InfraStudio’s architecture into a working product.

“We’re building InfraStudio because we believe AI’s next frontier isn’t just generating more content. It’s learning how to reliably operate within the structured systems that make the physical world work.”

The next interface for the built world starts here.

We’re looking for architects, engineers, BIM teams, and forward-thinking AEC companies to help shape the first workflows.
